Privacy policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This policy explains how Certixi (B.M.I. Concept SRL/BV) ("we") handles personal data collected through this website, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian law.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Certixi (B.M.I. Concept SRL/BV), Rue de la Loi 28, 1040 Brussels, Belgium, enterprise number 0421.256.152 (VAT BE0421256152). For any privacy question or request, write to info@certixi.com.
2. What we collect
- Contact requests: your name, company or school, e-mail, phone (optional), country and your message.
- Technical data: our hosting provider processes technical information such as IP address, browser type and request times to deliver and secure the website.
3. Why we use it
To answer your request and follow up on it. This is based on your consent (the checkbox on the form) and on steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (GDPR article 6(1)(a) and (b)). We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decisions about you.
4. Who receives it
Your message is sent directly to our internal business management system (CloodSuite), where only authorised staff can see it, and our team is notified by e-mail. The website itself does not keep it. Our service providers (website hosting by Hetzner in Germany, business system hosting in the EU, and our e-mail provider) may only process your data on our instructions.
5. How long we keep it
We keep contact requests for 24 months, then delete them. If you book with us or become a customer, we keep the data needed for that relationship for as long as the contract lasts and as required by law (for example accounting obligations).
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. To use any of these rights, e-mail info@certixi.com. We reply within one month.
You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
7. Cookies
This website uses no cookies and no tracking or advertising tools.
8. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections, and access to requests is limited to authorised staff with an individual account.
